We strive to provide you with the best experience and unique handmade items. We believe that your items need to be customized for your event and we make our best to have everything perfect for your big day!
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of personalization of the times for sale in our website, all custom orders are non-refundable! We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We will gladly accept cancellations. Please send us an email with your cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase, otherwise you may be charged a design and processing fee.
If we have your approval for printing of a proof and and you decide to change or cancel your order before it has been printed, you will be responsible for a restocking and design fees at rate of $75.00 per hour. These fees will be assessed on an individual basis. If you change or cancel your order after invitations have been printed, but before they are shipped, you are still responsible for final payment, if any, and your order is non-refundable.
All payment are due when placing your order.
Simply Fab & Chic will ship your items via USPS with tracking a tracking number and will ONLY ship to the address provided under your order. We will NOT, in any circumstance, update your address under your order. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address for their order. Once your order has been accepted by USPS, WE ARE NOT responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undelivered items. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance for your order. It is also the buyers responsibility to request insurance and signature delivery - additional fees will apply.
Additional policies and FAQs
We are transparent as possible and will provide you with a proof for your review and ask that you carefully review the proof for any spelling and grammatical errors. A good rule of thumb is to have another set of eyes review as well.
Please be aware that images and colors displayed on-screen may vary depending on monitors, and what is shown may NOT be an exact representation of what will be printed.
Please note that once you have given us permission to print the proofs, you certify that all information and design is correct, and there are no spelling errors. Although we try to be as careful as possible, you, as the buyer, understands that any proofing errors such as misspelling of names, incorrect dates and any other typographical errors are not the responsibility of Simply Fab & Chic or their designers, and in the instance where reprinting is necessary, you will be charged the full cost of reprinting.
The customer is solely responsible for any mistake on the provided verbiage. We exercise reasonable care to avoid errors, and will advise the client if a mistake may be found. We are however, not entitled to change any wording without notice from the customer and we are not liable for any mistake found on the final proofs.
We do not release or sell the digital files of our invitations or any other products.
You are paying for our time and creativity to create your personal item NOT for the images offered. All licensed characters and images maintain the copyright of their respective owners. We do NOT claim ownership of the characters, cliparts, graphics and digitals. The images are provided to you for free. Our products are NOT licensed.
